Meet the Zeon Video Crew
I lead every Zeon Video production, and a trusted Atlanta crew joins me when a job needs more hands. Same plan, same standards, and the same point of contact, whatever the size of the shoot.

The People I Bring In
The crew I trust when a job needs more hands. Everyone works to the same plan and standards, and the exact crew for your job is confirmed when we scope it.

Who Leads Every Job
Founder & Director
Dylan Baxter
I founded Zeon Video in 2021 while studying Creative Media at the University of Alabama, where I also worked as a studio and video technician. I direct and shoot every production myself, and I'm comfortable working directly with marketing leads and executives in fast-moving environments.
I'm an Adobe Certified Professional, and I own the core camera, lighting, audio, and live-switching kit every crew works from. I bring in crew I trust when a job needs more than one person, and I stay on set and in the edit from start to finish.

[ How It Works for You ]
Bigger Crew, Same Simple Process
Contracts
One Agreement, One Invoice
You work with Zeon Video, not a list of individual freelancers. One scope, one agreement, one invoice for the whole crew.
Contact
One Point of Contact
You always talk to me, from first call to final delivery. Crew questions come through me, so you never have to chase anyone down.
Standards
Consistent Look and Sound
The same camera, color, and audio standards across the whole crew, so a two-camera shoot and a six-person shoot look like they came from the same hand.
Prep
Everyone Briefed Before the Shoot
Every crew member gets the schedule, shot list, and call sheet before they arrive, so your day starts on time and nobody needs coaching on your dime.
