A Stream Remote Viewers Will Actually Watch
Live production, not a laptop webcam in the back of the room.
Operated Cameras
Camera operators on the speaker, panel, and room, so remote viewers get a real broadcast instead of a fixed webcam.
Clean Room Audio
Lav, handheld, or board-fed audio, monitored through the whole stream so remote attendees can hear every word.
Slides & Shared Screens
Presentations and demos included in the stream, so remote viewers see what the room sees.
Recording & Highlights
A full-quality recording of the session, plus edited highlights or clips for the people who couldn’t attend live.
Gear We Bring to Every Stream
Our own switching, wireless video, and audio, so the stream doesn't depend on the venue's AV.
Blackmagic ATEM Mini
Live multi-camera switching with slides and graphics mixed into one clean program feed for the stream.
Wireless Video Transmitters
Cameras placed anywhere in the room without cable runs, plus live feeds to overflow or observation rooms.
Wireless Microphones
Lavalier mics for presenters and panelists, mixed and monitored so remote viewers hear every word.
What Companies Stream
Town Halls & All-Hands
Leadership updates streamed to every office and remote employee, with a clean recording for anyone who misses it.
Webinars & Product Launches
Polished presenters and slides, streamed to your webinar platform, YouTube, or LinkedIn Live.
Conference Sessions
Keynotes and breakouts sent to remote audiences while the in-room event runs on schedule.
Hybrid Meetings
In-room participants and remote attendees in one meeting, with the room framed so remote guests don’t get left out.
Private Internal Streams
Restricted streams for leadership briefings, training, and sensitive sessions, shared only with the people you invite.
Remote Observation Feeds
Live feeds of research sessions to stakeholders who can’t be in the room.
How a Stream Day Works
Four steps, one point of contact, no surprises on the day.
Planning Call & Tech Check
We confirm your platform, audience, run of show, and the venue’s internet, then test the link before the day.
On-Site Setup & Test
We arrive early, set cameras and audio, and run a full test stream with your presenters before doors open.
Go Live, Monitored
We run the stream start to finish and watch picture and sound the whole way. You focus on your audience.
Recording & Highlights
You get the full recording after the session, plus edited highlights and clips on an agreed schedule.
Recorded and Streamed at Once
Multi-Room Focus Group, Live to Remote Stakeholders
Over three days in Atlanta, we recorded two research rooms at once. A live feed went to an on-site observation room, and a private internal Zoom stream went to stakeholders who weren’t in the building. Session content is confidential under NDA.
Live Streaming FAQ
Which platforms can you stream to?
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube (including unlisted streams), and LinkedIn Live. If your company uses a different webinar or meeting platform, tell us on the planning call and we’ll confirm it works.
Can the stream be private?
Yes. Internal streams can run through your own Zoom or Teams meeting, or an unlisted link shared only with the people you invite. You control who gets access.
What if the venue’s internet is unreliable?
We ask for a wired connection and test it on the planning call. If the connection looks weak, we’ll tell you early so you can fix it or plan an alternative before the day.
Will we still get a recording?
Yes. Every stream can be recorded, and we can deliver an edited version with graphics and highlights afterward.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three weeks gives us time for a proper tech check, and sooner is often possible. Send us your date and we’ll reply within one business day to confirm whether it works.
Pairs Well With
Most clients bundle services so one crew covers everything in a single day. Fewer vendors, one consistent look.
