Two Rooms, Three Days, Recorded and Streamed
Trifecta Research, a consumer research firm, brought us in to record focus groups running in two rooms at once. Camera operators covered each room. A live feed went to an on-site observation room, and a private internal Zoom stream went to remote stakeholders.
Session content is confidential under NDA. Trifecta Research is happy to serve as a reference, and we run similar setups for Colloquial Insights.

Can you work under an NDA?
Yes. We sign NDAs when a project requires one, and we keep session content, materials, and footage confidential to the people you name.
Will our footage ever be published?
No. Internal and research footage stays with you. We don’t post or show it in our portfolio without your written approval.
How do you record a focus group without disrupting it?
We keep the crew small and agree camera positions with your moderator beforehand. Operators stay quiet and out of participants’ sightlines, and we adjust to your room and schedule.
Can remote stakeholders watch a research session live?
Yes. We can run a live feed to an on-site observation room and a private stream to remote viewers on Zoom. We did both for Trifecta Research.
Can we talk to someone you’ve worked with?
Yes. Trifecta Research has offered to act as a reference for our focus group work, and we can share more references on request.
